JK High Court Document verification Notice for Steno-Typists Posts
Document verification of the candidates who had appeared in the Shorthand Dictation/Typing Test for the post of Steno-Typists (Level-S), advertised vide High Court Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2024/RR/RC Dated 09.05.2024 read with Corrigendum
issued thereto dated 29.07 .2024
1. It is for the information of the candidates who had appeared in the Shorthand Dictation/Typing test for the post of Steno-typist (Level-S), advertised vide High Court Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2024/RR/RC Dated 09.05.2024 read with Corrigendum issued thereto dated 29.07.2024, and whose Names and Roll Nos. are reflected in Annexure-A to this notice, that the said candidates shall appear before the Recruitment Cell of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh, for the verification/scrutiny of their
documents/certificates on or before 24.04.2025.
2. The candidates are required to produce the following documents/certificates in original, along-with one self-attested copy of the said documents, before the Recruitment Cell of High Court of J&K and Ladakh;
a) 10th Diploma/Marks Card.
b) 12th Diploma/Marks Card.
c) Graduation Degree.
d) Domicile Certificate.
e) Category Certificate.
f) Computer Diploma.
g) Diploma in Stenography.
h) Valid ID proof.
3. The candidates belonging to Kashmir Division, whose names have been mentioned in Annexure-A to this Notice, can send
their self-attested documents on the e-Mail Id of Recruitment Cell of High Court of J&K and Ladakh ([email protected]).
4. The candidates of Jammu Division, who fail to appear for their document verification on the scheduled date shall forfeit their
right to selection, if any.
5. The candidates belonging to Kashmir Division, in case fail to submit their document for verification on the e-Mail Id of
Recruitment Cell of High Court of J&K and Ladakh ([email protected]), within the stipulated date, shall forfeit their right of selection, if any
