Maximum Age limit for Station Manager: 30 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Qualification

Dy. Chief of Flight Safety: CHPL / ATPL license endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. Engineering Degree
Continued Airworthiness Manager: B. Tech/ Engg Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or equivalent. Diploma in AME
Quality Manager: Engineering degree or equivalent in any discipline
Air Safety Officer: Helicopter Pilot from Defence services or CPL(H) or ATPL (H) with or without currency of licence. Medical Assessment is desirable. B.Tech/ Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical / Aerospace/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager: B. Tech/ Engg Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or equivalent. Diploma in AME
Dy. Quality Manager: Engineering degree or equivalent in any discipline
Station Manager: MBA / Post Graduate Degree / two years Diploma

Salary Grade

Dy. Chief of Flight Safety: Equivalent to E-6 grade (Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000) of IDA Scale
Continued Airworthiness Manager: Equivalent to E-4 grade (Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000) of IDA Scale
Quality Manager: Equivalent to E-4 grade (Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000) of IDA Scale
Air Safety Officer: Equivalent to E-4 grade (Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000) of IDA Scale
Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager: Equivalent to E-3 grade (Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000) of IDA Scale
Dy. Quality Manager: Equivalent to E-3 grade (Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000) of IDA Scale
Station Manager: Equivalent to E-1 grade (Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000) of IDA Scale
