JKBOPEE Provisional Merit List for admission to B.E./B.Tech. Courses-2025
Provisional Merit List/Result for admission to the B.E./B.Tech. Courses-2025 of the Common Entrance Test conducted by the J&K BOPEE at Jammu/Srinagar/Doda/ Rajouri/Anantnag/Baramulla/Leh Centres on 12th April 2025.

The Provisional Merit List /Result of all the candidates, who had appeared in the Common Entrance Test conducted by the J&K BOPEE in pursuance to Notification No. 018-BOPEE of 2025 dated 03-03-2025, Notice No. 007-BOPEE of 2025 dated 19-03-2025, Notice No. 008-BOPEE of 2025 dated 20-03-2025, Notice No. 009-BOPEE of 2025 dated 24-03-2025 and Notification No. 034-BOPEE of 2025 dated 05-04-2025 for admission to the B.E./B.Tech. Courses-2025 at Govt./Pvt. Colleges/ Institutions of UT of J&K are hereby notified as per Annexure “A” to this Notification. The Entrance test was conducted at Jammu/Srinagar/Doda/Rajouri/Anantnag/Baramulla/Leh Centres on 12-04-2025.
The Board has received two representations from the competing candidates against the Answer Key of Common Entrance Test within the stipulated time which was uploaded on website of the Board on 12-04-2025 as per the guidelines issued vide Notification No. 034-BOPEE of 2025 dated 05-04-2025 which were forwarded to the concerned subject experts by the Board for their expert opinion.
The Board, after receiving the expert opinion, has also examined the case in its totality and, as per the provisions of J&K BOPEE Regulations-2016, has accordingly prepared the revised answer key, which is Annexed as Annexure “B” to this Notification
In case two or more candidates have obtained the same marks in the Entrance Test, the Inter-se-Merit/Tie of such candidates has to be resolved as per provisions defined at Page No. 38 Point No. 12 of e-Information Brochure, which is also available on the official website of the Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in).
As per provisions defined at Point No. 03, Page No. 12-14 of e-Information Brochure, the candidate(s), who have any objection against his/her result, if any, shall have to submit a written representation(s) along with a payment receipt of Rs.1000/- to be paid through POS Machine at the BOPEE offices Srinagar/Jammu for re-totaling of marks. The representation(s) in this regard shall be received up to three days after uploading this Notification on the BOPEE website by the Board after the declaration of the result. No representation shall be entertained after the expiry of the prescribed time limit.
The candidate(s) figuring in the Annexure “A” to this Notification whose Marks Card/Result was awaited or who had uploaded expired/invalid Reserved Category Certificate(s) and pending Domicile Certificate(s) at the time of submission of their Online Application Forms, were provisionally allowed to appear in the Entrance Test subject to the condition that they shall have to submit the same in the respective College(s) at the time of admission, in case he/she is selected for admission on provisional basis or as may be decided and notified by the Board in due course of time.
Further, the candidate(s), who need correction in their particulars, i.e., Name, Parentage, D.O.B, Category Certificate, and Gender, if any, are also advised to represent physically at the BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar for rectification of their errors within five days of issuance of the Notification.
No fresh representation regarding inclusion of the category, if earlier not mentioned during filling up of online application forms, shall be entertained by the Board.
Note:
i) After the issuance of new S.O. 176 dated 15-03-2025, issued by the Social Welfare Department, J&K Government, regarding the new reservation policy, the Board shall now allot seats accordingly strictly as per new S.O. 176.
ii) Regarding the schedule for counseling of allotment of seats, the candidates are advised to visit the official website of the Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in) daily.
The Annexure-A and Annexure-B shall only remain available on the official website of the Board, www.jkbopee.gov.in.
