Total Vacancies of Member (Judicial) : 01 (one) in State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jammu & Kashmir.

Qualification :-

The applicant should

i) Not be less than 40 years of age on the date of notification of the advertisement; ·

ii) Possess an experience of at least 10 years as Presiding Officer of a District Court or of any Tribunal at equivalent level or
combined service as such in the District Court and Tribunal.
