Govt ITI, Hiranagar Admission Notice
In pursuance to Director Skill Development J&K, Jammu’s Admission Notice issued under endorsement No. DSD/401/Trgs/2025/1521-1611 dated 08/05/2025, Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for seeking admission in Govt. ITI Hiranagar for the academic session 2025-26/27 in various Engineering/Non-Engineering Trades being run under NCVET/SCVT Schemes having duration of Two years/One year for free & Self- financing seats w.e.f. 15/05/2025 to 30/05/2025.
The forms can be uploaded from 15th May 2025.
The Academic session shall start from 1st September 2025.
Candidates having minimum age of 14 years as on 1st Sept 2025, with no upper age bar can apply. The desirous candidates have to fill up the admission forms online available at ITI admission portal viz. (https://itiadmissions.jkdsd.in). Link is also present on the official website of Directorate of Skill Development i.e. www.jkdsd.in as well as on website of Govt ITI Hiranagar i.e. (https:///www.itihiranagar.in).
The details of various trades functioning at Govt. ITI Hiranagar for which admissions are to be made for the session 2025-26/27 under normal and self-financing seats are enclosed as Annexure “A” and fist is also available on the portal.
The candidates have to fill up the complete details like Name, Parentage, Qualification etc online in the portal and have to upload the soft copies of the following documents on the portal:-
1. Marks Certificate of Qualifying examination.
2. Date of birth Certificate preferably 10th class Diploma /Marks Certificate
3. Category Certificate (SC/ST/Ex-serviceman/Physically Handicapped/EWS) if any
4. Aadhar Card.
5. Domicile Certificate should be produced at the time of admission at ITI Hiranagar.
The candidates after finalizing the profile and application online will be required to deposit the print out of the system generated application along with self attested photo copies of above mentioned required documents at Govt. I.T.I Hiranagar.
The candidate has to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- (one hundred) per three trades in which he/she is seeking admission against cash receipt from this Institute.

Important Note:
1, Selection will be made purely on the basis of academic merit obtained by the applicants in their qualifying examination (both for free and self financing seats separately).
2. On successful completion of training In trades running under NCVET/SCVT Scheme, certificate will be awarded by National / State Council for Vocational Training.
3. Candidates who have already undergone training in any of the trades in any ITI can apply for admissions in another trade after two years after completion of previous training course. However, for the ensuing academic session, their admission can be considered in any having poor response
4. Selected candidates should retain a consistent mobile number and e-mail address, till completion of course, until certification, as changes are not permitted by DGT.
