Eligibility:
The applicant should be at least 18 years of age and maximum 50 years of age
The labor applicant should be working in any construction or building construction work for 3 months out of the last 12 months.
Applicant must be permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir
The applicant must be labourer.

Rs 5000/- Financial Assistance Funeral Expenses
Rs 5000/- Financial Assistance To Dependents In Case Of Death Of Registered Workers
Scholarships Schooling Education, Academic Education and Professional Education.
Financial Assistance For Medical
Rs 200000/- To The Nominee / Dependents Of The Registered Construction Worker In Case Of His/Her Natural Death.
Rs 400000/- To The Nominee / Dependents Of The Registered BOC, Workers In Case Of An Accidental Death.
Rs 100000/- To The Registered BOC, Workers In Case Of His Partial Permanent Disablement.
Rs 200000/- To The Registered BOC, Workers In Case Of Permanent Disablement.
Rs 1200/- Per Annum Per Child (Upto Two Children) As Education Assistance For The Children Of The Registered BOC, Workers For Class 9th To 12th Through National Scholarship Portal.
Micro-Credit Facility Of Rs 10,000/- Along-With Specially Designed Micro Credit ATM Cum Smart Identity Card.
