Declaration of the result of the written examination held on 14.05.2025 for selection/engagement of the candidates as Junior Residents(House Surgeons)
Whereas, the Govt. Medical College, Srinagar conducted a written examination of the candidates for selection/engagement as
Junior Residents on 14.05.2025 from 11.30 AM to 12.30 PM.
Whereas, vide this office Notification No. 14-EC of 2025, Dated: 14.05.2025, the solved Question Paper of the said test as per Answer Key framed by the paper-setter was notified for information of all concerned candidates with a provision that if any candidate feels that the key to any question(s) is/are wrong, he/she can submit objection/representation on the prescribed format within two days i.e upto 16.05.2025 (04:00 PM) along with a sufficient documentary proof/evidence and fee of Rs. 300/-; and
Whereas, in response to the said notification, no representation/ objection against any question was received within the
stipulated time-frame;
Now, therefore, the answer key already notified vide this office Notification No. 14-EC of 2025, Dated: 14.05.2025 is hereby
declared as Final and no further claim whatsoever shall henceforth be entertained in this regard.
On the basis of evaluation carried out in accordance with the FINAL KEY, the result of the written tests held on 14.05.2025 for
selection/engagement of the candidates as Junior Residents(House Surgeons) is hereby notified in the annexure- A to this notification.
Consequent upon above and on the basis of marks obtained in the written test, the selection/wait list is given in annexure-B to this
notification The selected candidates as indicated in Annexure “B” to this notification are hereby directed to report to the Office of the Registrar Academics, Government Medical College, Srinagar along with the following documents within 07 days from the date of issuance of this notification, to enable this office to send URL, Login ID and Password to their respective registered mobile number for submission of online form through Employee verification System (EVS) to the concerned doctors: –
1. Application form (in colored).
2. Xerox copies of all uploaded certificates.
3. Affidavit (in original).
4. All original certificates for physical verification.
However, if any candidate(s) fails to report to the office of the Registrar Academics, Government Medical College, Srinagar within the
stipulated time, his/her selection as Junior Resident shall forfeit without any further notice.
