Hiring of Contractual Staff for setting of Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF)under National Drugs Dependence Treatment Centre for District Hospital Samba.

As approved by Chairman District Health Society(District Development Commissioner) Samba and directions received from Vice Chairman District Health Society(Chief Medical Officer) samba vide their office letter no CMO/S/NHM/475-78 dated 17/05/2025 and letter of approval issued by National Drugs Dependence Treatment Centre, AIIMS, New Delhi, dated: 22.12.2023.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates of District Samba for engagement against the below mentioned posts of Addiction treatment facility at District Hospital Samba under National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC) implemented by all India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) initially for a period of one year (2025-2026) extendable on yearly basis subject to good performance and conduct or till the continuation of centrally sponsored scheme, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility Criteria of ATF Posts at District Hospital Samba:
Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, and other essential details below.

Educational Qualifications :
Medical Officer: MBBS with registration; preference for MD in Psychiatry
Nurse: ANM; preference for GNM/B.Sc Nursing
Counsellor: Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology; preference for Master’s
Data Manager: Graduate with a one-year computer diploma

Age Limit :
Medical Officer: 23 to 62 years
Nurse, Counsellor, Data Manager: 21 to 40 years

Terms & Conditions :

I. The Candidate mug be domicile d District Samba.

II. The advertisement notice and the prescribed application form can be downloaded from the NIC Samba and can be collected from the office of Medical Superintendent DH Samba.

III. Application form on prescribed format enclosed in Annexure “A” Should be submitted to the office of Medical Superintendent District Hospital Samba personally or though representative on or before 17-06-2025 w.e.f date of notification of advertisement . Medical superintendent DH Santa will not be responsible for any delay in receiving of forms. No application form shall be accepted after the cut of Date i.e. 17th June 2025 upto 4.00pm.

iv. The consolidated Honorarium per month shall be inclusive of all allowances and Benefits to be conveyed by NDDTC, New Delhi. v. AM Engagements shall be purely on contractual basis and are non transferable

vi. Initial term of contract shall be for the remaining period of financial year (2025-26)upto 31 march 2026 or till continuation of centrally sponsored scheme whichever is Earlier.

vii. The posts are contractual and do not confer any right for the selected candidate to the Permanent absorption in the department

viii. Services can be terminated on account of non/poor performance without any notice keeping in view the public Health importance of the program.

ix. The office shall not be responsible for inconvenience caused to anybody due to Misleading/ false information made available by any other website(s)

x. No T DA will be admissible to the candidates coming for interview written test.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be based on qualification merit and viva-voce. For the Nurse post, a screening test may also be conducted. Preference will be given based on higher qualification and experience as per a point-based evaluation system.
