Revised Waiting List (provisional) of Senior Residents (ENT) in the Government Medical College, Kathua on tenure basis.

Whereas, the advertisement notice for the post of Senior Resident/Demonstrator in various disciplines was issued vide this office order No.: GMCK/Advt-G2025-26/01-03 dated 06.05.2025, and the selection list was notified vide order No.: GMCK/E-1/2024-25/163 dated 30.05.2025
And whereas, the candidate at S. No/F.No. 12, Dr. Aruna Bhagat, did not join within the stipulated joining period of 07 days;

Now therefore, in view of the above, the next eligible candidate enclosed as Annexure-A in order of merit is hereby directed to report and join within 07 days from the issuance of this order, failing which the offer shall be treated as cancelled without any further notice, and the opportunity will be passed on to the next candidate in the merit list.
Joining of the selected candidates is subject to submission of J&K Medical Council Registration Certificate (Permanent) and must possess at the time of joining. However, the PSC candidates will join only after obtaining relieving order from the Administrative Department. The salary will be disbursed only after satisfactory character and antecedent verification report is received by the office of the undersigned from CID, J&K
Provisionally, selected candidate should bring 02 office files and 02 sets of documents (photocopied and self-attested) to be submitted at the time of joining as mentioned below :

3. 10TH DIPLOMA/MARKS CARD/D.O.B
4. MBBS/BDS DEGREE CERTIFICATE/MEDICAL M.SC DEGREE CERTIFICATE
5. MBBS/BDS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATΠ
6. MBBS/ BDS MARKS CARD (ALL PROFS.)/ MEDICAL M.SC MARKS CARD (ALL SEMS.)
7. MBBS/ BDS ATTEMPT CERTIFICATE
8. MBBS INTERNSHIP COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
9. MD/MS/MEDICAL PhD DEGREE
10. MD/MS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
11. DOMICILE OF UT OF J&K
12.J&K BANK PASSBOOK COPY (FOR SALARY)
13. THE CANDIDATES MUST FURNISH AN AFFIDAVIT DULY ATTESTED BY THE 1st CLASS MAGISTRATE TO THE EFFECT THAT HE/SHE ABIDE BY THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THE ANNEXURE-B.
The selected candidate is also informed that CID verification process is completely online.
Candidate should have a valid and working mobile number. It is required for the initiation of the online CID verification process. Candidate will receive a SMS from the CID Head Quarters in which they will be provided with the Form Id, Password and a link where they should login and submit their details.
Candidates should fill and submit their forms within seven days of receiving of the SMS from CID Head Quarters. Also, they are suggested to go through the application form thoroughly and submit the form only after getting fully satisfied. Incomplete forms or incorrect forms takes longer to process
