NTA Updated List of Participating Institutions for NCET 2025

The National Testing Agency (NTA) hereby informs all candidates who appeared in the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2025 that the updated list of NCTE-recognised institutions eligible for admitting students to the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) for the Academic Session 2025–26 is at Annexure 1. The list includes 77 Central and State
Universities/Institutions, including IITs, NITs, RIEs, and other Government Colleges, approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Your NCET 2025 result data will be shared with these recognised institutions/universities to facilitate the admission and counselling process at the institutional level. “Candidates who have appeared in NCET 2025 will participate in the Counselling/Admission process of the Central/State University / Institution (IITs, NITs, RIEs, and Govt. Colleges etc.) as per Annexure 1, which have been granted recognition by NCTE for ITEP for the academic session 2025-26. University/ Institution /Govt. College etc. may fill up
the vacant seats, thereafter, from the pool of NCET qualified candidates.”
