Regularization of I/C Livestock Development Officers as Livestock Development Officers In Animal Husbandry Department-Submission of Service Particulars by Retired Officers of Animal Husbandry thereof.
It is hereby informed that the Department has under taken process of regularization of I/C Livestock Development Officers, accordingly, following retired Veterinary Assistant Surgeons (VAS) of Animal Husbandry Department are informed through this notice to provide the service particulars, viz., placement order as LDO, 1st appointment order, Date of Birth etc within 15 days from the date of issuance of this Notice through Director, Animal Husbandry Jammu/ Kashmir, as the service particular are required for finalization of DPC proposal:

The information should be submitted through the respective Directorates of the Animal Husbandry Department. If any officer fails to submit the required details/information within the stipulated period (i.e.15 days) it will be presumed that the concerned officer(s) was not placed as In-Charge Livestock Development Officer. Upon completion of this exercise, the department will proceed with the regularization proposal with the J&K Public Service Commission, excluding the names of those retired officers who fail to submit their service particulars well in time
