Advertisement for the District Cadre posts of Drivers Grade-Il, in the Pay Level-2 (19900-63200) in District Judiciary of UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for participating in the selection process for the District Cadre posts of Drivers Grade-Il in the Pay Level-2 (19900-63200) in District Judiciary of UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
The important dates/details with regard to the posts being advertised are as under
a) Date of commencement for submission of online applications : 28.06.2025
b) Cut of date/Last Date for submission of online application : 15.07.2025
c) Last Date for submission of fee : 15.07.2025
Total Number of Driver Grade-Il Posts Advertised = 13
DOMICILE : The candidate(s) seeking to apply for the advertised posts shall be Domicile(s) of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and must possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority on the prescribed format in terms of the Jammu and Kashmir Grant of Domicile Certificate (Procedure) Rules, 2020 notified vide SO. 166 of 2020 dated 18.05.2020, on or before the cut-off date. The Domicile certificate is required to be uploaded while submitting online application
AGE LIMIT : The requirement of age for applying against these posts, as on 01.01.2025 for Open Merit & various Reserved Category Candidates, shall be as under:
Category Maximum Age Limit in Years
i) Open Merit (OM) : 40
ii) SC : 43
iii) Government Service/ contractual Employment : 40
APPLICATION OF RESERVATION :
A candidate seeking consideration under Reserved categories must ensure that they possess a valid Category Certificate
strictly as on the Cut-off Date and the same is required to be uploaded while submitting online application. The reservation for various categories would be determined as per the provisions of Reservation Act, 2004 & the Rules framed there under as amended by the Government of UT of Jammu & Kashmir vide S.D. 176 Dated 15.03.2024 read with S.D. 305 Dated 21.05.2024. A candidate uploading
invalid or irrelevant Category Certificate shall face rejection of his/her application form.
APPLICATION FEE :
A Fee payable: Rs.400/-(Rupees Four Hundred only) for all categories. Fees are to be paid through online mode only. Application received without prescribed fee shall be rejected.
Important Instructions :
a) Applications along with with the prescribed fee will be received only through online mode on the recruitment portal of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh link of which will be activated w.e.f. 28.06.2025 on the High Court website :
https ://www.jkhighcourt.nic. in.
b) Application Form and fee payment shall not be accepted / entertained after the cutoff date fixed for receipt of the same.
c) Candidates are not required to submit the printout of the Application Form / fee payment receipt in the office of Pr. Secretary to Hon’ble the Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh at this stage.
d) The printout Application Form along with fee payment receipt and required copies of documents, however, shall be kept ready to be submitted as and when required.
e) The last date for the submission of online application Form as prescribed above shall be the cut-off date for determining the eligibility to apply for the post. Any qualification/experience acquired after last date of receipt/submission of online. Application Forms i.e. 15.07.2025 shall not be taken into account for any purpose.
f) The prescribed qualifications reflect the bare minimum requirement of the job and mere possession thereof shall not entitle a candidate to be called for test/ examination.
g) Qualification/Category Certificate acquired after the last date of submission of application shall not be taken for consideration.
h) No TA/DA will be paid for participation in the test/examination.
i) In case, any information submitted by the candidate, while filling the application form is found to be incorrect or false in that event his/her candidature shall be cancelled at any stage of the selection process.
