In accordance with the approval of Dean FBSc vide no. AUJ/FBSc/25-26/F-96/411 dated. 26..06.2025, the applications are invited in the prescribed format, available on the university website, for the temporary position on academic arrangement basis in the Division of Statistics and Computer Science, to teach various courses for the Academic session 2025-26.

Name of the Posts : Contractual teacher/faculty

No. of positions : 03

Consolidated wages : Rs 35,000/per month for masters and Rs 45,000/ for Ph.D.

 

Essential qualification :

Post graduate degree in the concerned subject with high second class (55% marks) form a recognized university

B.Sc.(Statistics/Mathematics)/B.Sc.(Ag)/ B.Sc Horticulture

Terms and conditions for academic arrangement are as under :

The engagement shall be purely on contract basis.

No legal right to claim his/her regularization / appointment by absorption or otherwise against any regular post in the University. In event of the relinquishing of the engagement one month notice is essential.

The appointment is for one semester, for the session 2025-2026. The extension for one more semester may be granted subject to satisfactory performance of the contractee and requirement of the faculty.

Eligible candidates shall be informed through e-mail only.

No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
