Screening test for the tenure post of Tutor / Demonstrator in the discipline of Microbiology, GMC Doda and instructions thereof.
Reference: Advertisement Notice No: 08 GMCD of 2025 Dated: 02.06.2025.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Through the medium of this notification, following instructions are hereby issued for information of the candidates appearing in the screening test for the tenure post of Tutor / Demonstrator, advertised vide Advertisement Notice No: 08-GMCD of 2025 dated: 02.06.2025, scheduled to be held on 09.07.2025 at 11:00 AM.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES.
Schedule Of Screening Test
The screening test will commence from 11:00 AM sharp on 09.07.2025.
Reporting Time
The candidates are advised to report in the establishment section of Government Medical College, Doda (Ghat) at 09:00 AM on 09.07.2025 for collecting their Admit cards which is mandatory for appearing in the screening test.
General instructions
1) The candidate must reach in the establishment section at least one hour before the exam time for collection of their Admit Cards.
2) No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Room/ Hall before the end of the Examination.
3) Upon completion of the examination, please wait for instructions from Centre Superintendent and do not get up from your seat until advised. The candidates will be permitted to move out, only after the completion of the examination.
4) No Candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without Admit Card, Valid ID Proof.
5) The Candidates will be permitted to carry only the following items with them into the examination venue:
i) Personal transparent water bottle.
ii) Personal hand sanitizer.
iii) A simple Blue/Black Ball Point Pen.
iv) Original valid ID proof.
6) The Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any other personal belongings including electronic devices, or mobile phones to the Examination Centre. Examination Officials will not be responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings and there will be no facility for their safe storage.
7) The Candidates may be debarred and disqualified from the examination for any of the following reasons:
a) Attempting the examination for someone else, that is, impersonation.
b) Giving or receiving assistance of any kind during the examination & communication in any form to/from other candidates or outsiders.
c) Leaving the test Centre without permission.
d) Exchanging any papers, documents or any other material with other candidates or found to change the Seat allotted.
e) Using prohibited aids, items not allowed, such as:
i) Communication / pervasive devices like mobile phone, camera, digital watch, smart watch, Bluetooth device, ear phone, microphone, pager, health band.
ii) Printed or handwritten material, bits of paper, Calculator, Pen Drive, eraser, Log Table, electronic pen or scanner.
iii) Failing to follow instructions given by Centre examination or is found indulging in any unfair means.
8) No Candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices.
9) The candidature of the candidates claiming eligibility by misrepresenting / concealment of any material / facts, impersonation, fraud, etc shall be liable for cancellation and disciplinary action, as deemed appropriate.
10) The Principal, Government Medical College, Doda reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate at any stage at which he / she is found ineligible.
