Qualification
Candidates Should Posses B.A, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, CA, M.A, M.Sc, M.E/M.Tech, MBA/PGDM, MCA (Relevant Fields)
Salary
Chief Technology Officer: Market-linked compensation of Rs 5 lacs per month (with a fixed pay of Rs 3.75 lacs and variable pay of Rs 1.25 lacs). The variable pay to be linked to the performance rating.
Chief Information Security Officer: Market-linked compensation of Rs 5 lacs per month (with a fixed pay of Rs 3.75 lacs and variable pay of Rs 1.25 lacs). The variable pay to be linked to the performance rating.
Chief Risk Officer: Market-linked compensation of Rs. 5 lacs per month (with a fixed pay of Rs. 3.75 lacs and variable pay of Rs. 1.25 lacs). The variable pay is linked to the performance rating.
Head: Learning and Development: Rs. 3.5 lakh per month (consolidated)
Administrator: Learning and Development: Rs. 2.5 lakh per month (consolidated)
Senior Tax Officer: Rs. 2 lakh per month (consolidated)
Senior Application Developer: Rs. 1.25 lacs month (consolidated)
Application Developer: Rs. 0.85 lakh per month (consolidated)
