Eligibility Qualification :
10+2 with science or above qualification, with Diploma/Degree in Speech Therapy, from any recognized Institute/ State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
a) Date of Commencement for submission of online applications = 15.07.2025
b) Last date for submission of online applications =25.07.2025 upto 4:00 PM
c) Last date for submission of hard copy of application form along with requisite documents & Demand Draft in the office of Administrative Officer, GMC Anantnag (Main Campus Dialgam) = 25.07.2025.
Online application forms are invited from eligible candidates of UT of J&K for engagement against the below mentioned post in Govt. Medical College Anantnag on academic arrangement basis under S.O.- 364 of 2020, dated: 27.11.2020 initially for a period of one-year
extendable upto maximum of six years (on yearly basis subject to the satisfactory performance) or till the selection is made by the competent authority on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
Terms & Conditions :-
Nature of engagement :
The engagement against the advertised post shall be on Academic Arrangement basis under S.O. 364 of 2020, dated: 27.11.2020 only
without conferment of any preferential claim on the engages for regular appointment against the post.
Selection Criteria : Based on the performance in the written test only.
Period :
For a period of one-year extendable upto maximum of six years (on yearly basis subject to the satisfactory performance) or till the selection is made by the competent authority on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
However, no extension beyond 06 years shall be given under any circumstances as per S.O. 364 of 2020, dated: 27.11.2020.
Salary :
The engagee shall be paid salary at the minimum of pay scale in accordance with S.O 364 of 2020, dated: 27.11.2020.
Agreement :
The selected candidate shall also have to enter into an agreement with this institution to the effect that they will not leave the job before the completion of one-year contract. Abandoning/termination of the agreement as the case may be will require one month’s prior notice on either side failing which the salary will not be paid for one month to the incumbent which shall always remain in deposit with the department shall be released on completion of term.
Age :
The age of the applicant at the time of submission of application form must not be:-
i) Below 18 years
ii) Above 63 years
Note :-
The candidates must be in possession of all required documents on 25.07.2025 and no document/certificate issued beyond the cut-off date shall be accepted/entertained under any circumstances.
The Candidate(s) shall upload the documents in PDF Format only. Otherwise his/her Application Form shall be treated as deficient of documents and shall be summarily rejected.
In case the post of the aforesaid category gets filled up on regular basis during the intervening period from the date of issuance of notification to the date of selection, such post shall be deemed to have been withdrawn/deleted from the notification and the final
selection shall be made as per availability of post at the time of selection.
Instruction for applying online :-
a. Interested eligible candidates are required to apply online through official website of GMC Anantnag, www.gmcanantnag.net from 15.07.2024 and also submit hard copy of application form along with requisite documents in the office of undersigned at main
campus Dialgam upto 25.07.2025.
b. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions and all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the examination before filing the online Application Form.
c. Application form once submitted successfully will not be editable. Candidates will be solely responsible for all the information submitted by them. In case of any information is found incorrect/ deficient/ incoherent at any stage, the application form shall be
summarily rejected.
d. Candidates shall also be required to submit in person or by registered/speed post a hard copy of the downloaded online Application Form along with requisite documents and Bank Demand Draft in the Office of Administrative Officer at Main Campus Dialgam,
e. GMC Anantnag (Pin Code -192210) by or before 25.07.2024. The candidates shall have to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft payable in favour of Principal, Government Medical College, Dialgam Anantnag.
