Applications on prescribed format available on ( https://www.kashmiruniversity.net/jobs.aspx) are invited from eligible and highly motivated candidates for the engagement of research staff in the SERB-Core Research Grant funded project, “The Role of Extreme Weather Events and Patterns in Shaping Vadose Zone Hydrology in Snow-Dominated Catchments,” under the following position.

The position is initially for a period of one year, extendable for up to one more year depending on the candidate’s performance. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Position : JRF (1 No)

Essential qualification : M.Sc. Geology/ Applied Geology

Eligibility :

55% marks in M. Sc Applied geology/ Geology.

Desirable – Candidates with NET/SET and GATE

Emoluments : As per the SERB guidelines
