Admission Notice for Left out Vacant under Reserved Category

The applicants are invited from the desirous candidates having category (ST1, ST2, EWS, OBC, SC, Ex-serviceman) only for trades as detailed below for the session 2025, 26-27 having duration of One/Two year course for Normal / PPP mode seats being run under NCVT schemes.

The desirous candidates having minimum age of 14 year on 1st of September 2025 with no upper age bar.
The Prescribed application form can be obtained from training section of Govt. Industrial Training Institute Kishtwar against cash payment Rs=100/- per form.

The dully filled application form along with the self-attested documents should reach this Institute/Office by or before 23-07-2025.

Documents required for offline admission

Mark sheet / Date of Birth Certificate.

Category Certificate (SC/ST1/ST2/Ex-servicemen/Physically handicapped/EWS/OBC) if any.

Aadhaar Card.

However, Domicile certificate should be produced at the time of admission.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

The offline admission cell available at Govt. ITI Kishtwar from 10.00 am to 4 pm on all working days.

The candidate shall deposit the form fee @Rs. 100/- (One Hundred Only) per Three trades at Govt. ITI Kishtwar against proper receipt.

Selection will be made purely on the basis of academic merit obtained by the applicants in their qualifying examination (both for free and self-financing seats separately).

On successful completion of training in trades running under NCVT/SCVT Scheme, certificate will be awarded by National / State Council for Vocational Training.

Candidates who have already undergone training in any of the trades in any ITI can apply for admissions in another trade after two years after completion of previous training course. However, for the ensuing academic session, their admission can be considered in any trade having poor response.

Candidates should have unique mobile Number and e-mail address and to maintain it till completion of course and receive the certificate, as change is not permitted later.
