Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, honorarium, and other essential details below.
Candidates must have appeared in the UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination more than once or at least once and qualified it. Prior mentoring experience in UPSC preparation is mandatory, excluding experience limited to content creation or paper checking. Preference will be given to those who have cleared UPSC Mains multiple times and those with teaching or administrative experience at a Civil Services Academy. Strong communication skills and commitment to mentoring are essential
Applicants must not be associated with any UPSC or JKPSC coaching institute during the engagement. They are also required to work full-time from the CRISP-25 residential facility. Selected candidates will not be allowed to continue any personal preparation for competitive exams during working hours. Breach of this condition will result in termination without notice.

Selection Process:
