Consequent upon the declaration of the NEET UG – 2025 result by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 14th of June, 2025 and subsequently notified by the Board vide Notification No. 073-BOPEE of 2025 dated 10.07.2025, the candidates belonging to the UT of J&K / Ladakh who have qualified the NEET-UG 2025 having scored the cut-off marks prescribed by the NTA and whose names figure in Annexure-A of the above referred notification and also the candidates whose names were not available in the said annexure but are the domiciles of J&K/ Ladakh and have submitted their documents in response to the aforementioned notification under reference forming Annexure -A to this Notification are hereby informed through the medium of this Notification to register themselves and upload the following documents online w. e. f. 18-07-2025 (10:00 am onwards) to 22-07-2025 (midnight) so that Provisional UT Merit List (PUTML) of such eligible candidates belonging to UT of J&K/ Ladakh is prepared.

NEET-UG score card – 2025.
10+2 Marks Card.
Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (ST Category certificate in respect of candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh).
Category Certificate, wherever required.
Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
The candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh are required to upload the Compulsory Service Bond (which shall be available in the Information Brochure to be uploaded by the Board on the official website www.jkbopee.gov.in).
*** OBC & EWS category certificates shall be as per the Performa prescribed for the UT of J&K.**
The cut-off score for different categories is as under:
a. Open Merit (including JKPM/CDP/Sports/EWS): 144
b. Open Merit/EWS &P/ALC/IB/RBA: 127
c. SC/ST/STL/OBC/ALC/IB/RBA: 113
d. SC/STL/OBC/RBA/ALC/IB & PwD/ JKPM/Sports/CDP: 113
NOTE :
The candidates in their interest are advised not to use Mobile Phones for Registration purposes / uploading of documents.
The e-Information Brochure for NEET UG-2025 Courses shall be uploaded by the J&K BOPEE on its website in due course of time. The candidates are accordingly advised to go through the e-Information Brochure before registration.
No under-process certificates shall be entertained.
The cut-off date for validity of the category certificates shall be the last date for Registration fixed by the BOPEE, viz. 22-07-2025.
The candidate must fulfill all other criteria as laid down in the NEET-UG 2025 Information Brochure of NTA and Information Brochure of J&K BOPEE in respect of NEET UG- 2025 courses.
Candidates are allowed to participate in the counselling process based on qualifying the NEET cut-off score for different categories as mentioned above and also presuming that candidates fulfill all eligibility conditions as mentioned by the candidates at various stages of examination, registration, and counselling.
The candidates should enter their valid email as well as mobile number, as all important communications should be made with them on such emails/mobile numbers provided by them, whenever required by the Board.
Candidates, in their interest, are advised not to share their email password with other candidates/persons.
The Board shall not be responsible for any mistake made by the candidates while making the registration.
After completion of the registration process, the Board shall notify the Provisional UT Merit List (PUTML) of all the candidates, which shall be used for online counselling by the candidates (filling up of the preferences) based on which allotment of seats shall be made.
Any candidate who falls within the qualifying merit but does not register himself/herself shall not be considered for allotment of any seat.
The candidates, in their interests, are advised to go through the e-Information Brochure as and when uploaded by the Board on its website, viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in and go through the technical and other instructions before registering themselves.
Since the admission in the Professional Colleges is time-bound, the candidates should not wait for the last date of registration, as it may be detrimental to the interest of the candidates(s).
The candidates who intend to participate against NRI/HM Quota seats in ASCOMS, Jammu shall also have to register online in pursuance of this notification; otherwise, they are not eligible for counseling under NRI/HM quota. However, they shall have to submit all such documents offline separately in the Board office at Jammu/Srinagar up to the date as may be notified by the Board separately.
Candidates are advised to remain in touch with the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in and should not wait for publication of Notices/Notifications in the newspapers, which may get delayed for reasons beyond the control of the BOPEE.
Mere submission of Application Form(s) and Registration of candidates shall not confer any right on all such candidates for admission but shall be subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and the qualification prescribed for the said course(s) after verification of their documents at the time of admission in the College/ Institution of provisionally selected candidates.
