Govt Boys Pahari Hostel, Jammu Admission Notice

Admission of students belonging to Pahari speaking community of District Poonch and Rajouri.

Applications are invited for admission in Government Boys Pahari Hostel, Jammu, from the eligible candidates from the Pahari Speaking Community who are pursuing their studies in Government run institutes on Regular basis in District Jammu, J&K. The candidates pursuing studies in Government schools with classes from 6th to 12th, students pursuing Under Graduation courses and Graduation courses (Maximum up to Graduation) are eligible to apply through official email (bphjammufflgmail.com). All the documents shall be submitted in single pdf file through c mail and the applications shall be considered only on the first come basis. The application form is enclosed with the advertisement Notice in Annexure “A” and Affidavit to be submitted by applicant in Annexure “B”.

Documents to be Attached:- (Self Attested)

1. BPL/PHH/AAY/ category Ration Card (Latest Aadhar verified ration card shall by submitted)

2. Character Certificate from the competent Authority.

3. Marks certificate of last qualified exams.

4. Pahari Speaking Certificate.

5. Domicile Certificate issued by competent authority.

6. Bonafide certificate from the concerned institution in which student is studying.

7. Copy of the Aadhar card.

8. Affidavit enclosed in Annexure “B” duly attested by Judicial Magistrate shall be submitted by the applicant.

All the documents from S.No. 1 to S.No. 8, are mandatory.

Important Details In regard to the application:-

1. Date of commencement for submission of Application Forms : 21.07.2025

2. Last date for submission of Application Forms : 01.08.2025

3. No application forms shall be accepted after the last date i.e. : 01.08.2025

4. Date of verification for documents (H.Copy) : 02-08-2025 to 05-08-2025

Note:- All documents, application form and affidavit shall be submitted to this office only through official email bphjammufflgmail.com. It is further only one child of the family shall avail hostel facilities & after opting for one course, the students cannot avail other courses.
