Applications through online mode are invited from eligible candidates who are domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and in possession of the prescribed academic/professional qualification and age for the tenure post of Senior Residents/Tutors for
the following disciplines :
The selected candidates shall be engaged initially for a period of one year which Is extendable up to maximum of three years, however, extension on year-to-year basis shall be granted subject to better performance of the candidates to be certified by the concerned
HOD’s after completion of each year of their engagement.
Candidates interested in applying for the said posts at Government Medical College Anantnag can apply online from 26-07-25 on www.gmcanantnag.net.
The hard copy of the application forms duly signed by the candidate complete in all aspects and accompanied with a non-refundable bank draft for Rs. 500/- pledged to Principal Govt. Medical College Anantnag and payable at JK Bank Dialgam, shall be submitted in the office of Administrative Officer Govt. Medical College Anantnag by or before 11-07-25
Important Instructions for candidates :
1. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions and all eligibility conditions prescribed for the post before filling in the online application form.
2. Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of original certificates. Photocopies of certificates uploaded shall not be entertained.
3. The candidate must write his/her name, parentage and date of birth strictly as per the matriculation certificate.
4. Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability or failure to login to the online application portal on account of heavy load on the website during the closing days.
5. Applicants are advised to fill all the fields of the online application form with due diligence and after carefully reading the terms and conditions given in the advertisement notification, request for change/correction in any particulars in the application form one
submitted, will not be entertained under any circumstances.
6. Applications with blurred/illegible photograph/signature will be rejected summarily.
7. In case of fake/fabricated application/registration by misusing any dignitaries name/photo such candidate(s) shall be held responsible for the same and liable for suitable legal action under cyber/IT Act/relevant rules.
8. Candidates shall ensure that their e-mail ID and phone No’s as specified in the online application form are active during the currency of selection process.
9. After the application form is successfully submitted, it will be accepted provisionally, candidate should take the colored printout of the application form(s) and submit hard copy(s) of the same duly signed by the candidate along with xerox copies (self-attested)
of all uploaded certificates in the office of Administrative Officer, Government Medical College Anantnag along with non-refundable bank draft for Rs. 500/- pledged to Principal Govt. Medical College Anantnag and payable at JK Bank Dialgam, shall be submitted in
the office of Administrative Officer Govt. Medical College Anantnag by or before 11-08-2025
