JKSSB Sub Inspector Posts Important Notification
Waiting List for the post of Sub Inspector, Police (Home
Department), advertised vide Notifcation No. 06 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021
and Notice No. SSB/Secy/ 2021/ 7926-42 dated 24.11.2021
withheld recommendation thereof.
Release of Kindly refer to this office letter No. JKSSB-Scry/26/2023-03 (E- 7376857)
dated 13.08.2024, where-under the Wait List of candidates for the posts of Sub
Inspector, Police (Home Department), UT Cadre was notified and forwarded to your
department for further course of action.
Among the selectees, the recommendation of One (01) candidate namely
Mr. Divyam, S/o Vijay Kuma, DV S.No. 1316-JMU, Roll No. 81122152611 figuring at
S.No. 10/EWS was kept withheld for want of clarification with respect to his documents.
The requisite documents have now been submitted by the said candidate and the case
was, accordingly, placed in the Board in its 310″ meeting, which decided to release the
withheld recommendation of the candidate.
Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to convey the above decision of
the Board with regard to the release of the withheld recommendation of Mr. Divyam,
S/o Vijay Kumar, DV S.No. 1316-JMU, Roll No. 8112215261 figuring at S.No. 10/EWS for
the post of Sub Inspector, Police (Home Department), advertised vide Notifcation
No. 06 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021 and Notice No. SSB/Secy/2021/7926-42 dated
24.11.2021. The other terms and conditions as conveyed vide letter this office letter No.
JKSSB-Scry/26/2023-03 (E- 7376857) dated 13.08.2024 shall remain the same.
The above reconmmendations shall be subject to the outcome of writ
petition(s)/OA(s), if any, pending disposal before any competent Court of jurisdiction.
The Selection List shall also be subject to the outcome of any inquiry, involving
candidate(s) figuring in this Selection List.
The document verification/scrutiny conducted by the Board is limited to the
extent of establishing physical possession of the Category/Degree certificates and
ascertaining genuineness/validity or otherwise of the same and recognition status of the
Institution, shall be the responsibility of the Indenting Department/Appointing
authority.
The Selection of the candidates has been made on the basis of Self
declaration/Certificates submitted by them and if at any stage, it comes to the light that
any candidate(s) has submitted false information or has secured selection on the basis
of fake documents/certificates, the selection shall be liable to cancellation at any stage
and appropriate criminal proceedings against such candidates/s may kindly be initiated.
Moreover, in terms of Government Order No.1003-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated
27.09.2021 the candidates, whose recommendations are released by the Selection
Agency, shall submit their Personal Verification Roll (PVR) before the appointing
authority within a period of 21 days from its release, failing which the candidate(s) shal forego their right to appointrment forthwith.
