The Project Director, ‘Competitiveness Improvement of Agriculture and Allied Sectors Project (JKCIP)’, under the Agriculture Production Department, Government of J&K, invites applications for the following positions under JKCIP, an IFAD-funded project:

Key Information :

Engagement Basis: Contractual and co-terminus with the project.

Initial Duration: One year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.

Project Duration: 7 years

Procurement Officer	Graduate Degree in Commerce/Business/Finance/Management	Post qualification minimum 5 years of demonstrated managerial experience in procurement in the organization with complete understanding and experience on national procurement procedure	0.80 lac pm
Manager MIS & IT	Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized university/college	5 years’ experience in software development	1.25 lac pm
Manager Business Development	Postgraduate degree in Business Administration/ Rural Management/Agricultural Business Management	10 years of total experience covering business development, enterprise creation, operations and supply chain in agriculture or allied areas	1.25 lac pm
Manager Finance	Post-graduate Degree in Commerce / Chartered Accountant (Member of the ICAI)	About 10 years of experience in the financial accounting of a project/company for candidates with post-graduation in commerce. A minimum of 3 years’ experience for qualified Chartered Accountants	1.25 lac pm
Accounts Officer/Finance Officer	Postgraduate Degree in Commerce / Bachelor’s degree in commerce	5 years of experience in financial accounting of projects/company for candidates with post-graduation in commerce and 7 years’ experience for candidates with graduation in commerce	0.80 lac pm
Manager Gender & Youth	Postgraduate degree in Social Science/Social Work/Gender Studies/Development Management/NRM or relevant field	10 years of relevant experience in implementing gender and youth-related interventions	1.25 lac pm
Manager SECAP	A master’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Climate Change, Sustainable Development, or a related field	At least 5 years of professional experience in supporting safeguards implementation, with a focus on climate change adaptation and mitigation, in rural development projects	1.25 lac pm
