JK Transfers and postings
Recalling of officers from Union territory of Ladakh to Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir – Transfers and postings thereof.
Government Order No.1113-JK(GAD) of 20251 Dated:19.08.2025.
In the interest of administration, the following officers are hereby recalled from Union territory of Ladakh to the Union territory of
Jammu and Kashmir:
1. Mr. Rehmatullah Butt, Jr. Scale JKAS
2. Mr. Sandeep Singh, Jr. Scale JKAS
3. Mr. Akshay Sharma, Jr. Scale JKAS
4. Mr, Vivek Rattan, Jr. Scale JKAS
5. Mr. Mohit Sharma, Jr. Scale JKAS
Consequent upon the above, the services of the following officers are hereby placed at the disposal of the Union territory of
Ladakh, on deputation basis, with immediate effect:
1. Mr. Soheel Noor Shah, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment
2. Ms. Huma Khan, Jr. Scale JKAS, Under Secretary in the office of Chief Electoral Officer, J&K
3. Mr. Ayaz Ahmed, Jr. Scale Jl(AS, BDO, Kaprin, Shopian
4. Mr. Mohd. Abrar, Jr. Scale JKAS, BDO, Qila Darhal
5. Mr. Mohd. Sufder Bhat, Jr. Scale JI(AS, BDO, Kalarose, Kupwara
6. Mr. Anupam Bhardwaj, )r. Scale JKAS, BDO, Dali Udhyanpur.
It is further ordered that:-
(i) the deputation of the above officers shall be for a period of two years or till they are recalled.
(ii) the lien and promotion prospects of the officers shall remain with General Administration Department, J&K.
(iii) they shall be entitled to avail incentives as may be made available in due course of time by the UT of Ladakh; and
(iv) they shall be deemed to have been relieved with immediate effect with the directions to report to the General Administration Department, Union territory of Ladakh, for further Posting.
