Online application forms from the eligible candidates for the tenure posts of Registrar/Tutor under Government Order No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 dated: 20-06-2024 in the below mentioned discipline of this College for a period of one (1) years in the first instance further extendable on year to year basis upto maximum of three (3) years subject to Satisfactory work and conduct certificate from the concerned HOD:-

The application process shall be completed/submitted in the online mode only.

In this regard, applicants are directed to visit the official website of this Institution (www.gdcsrinagar.org) for submission of their application forms.

The applicants are advised to upload the following documents duly self-attested.

The applicants are also advised to upload the fee receipt after depositing fee in any J&K Bank Branch. The applicants can apply online upto 04-09-2025 (03:00PM). The link will be available from 22-08-2025 to 04-09-2025 03:00PM.

List of documents to be uploaded:

01. MBBS Degree certificate.

02. MD Marks certificate/Degree/Diploma in Anaesthesia (if any).

03. Internship completion certificate of MBBS.

04. Date of Birth Certificate.

05. Domicile Proof.

06. Adhaar Card & Pan Card.

07. Valid Medical Council/NMC registration certificate.

08. The application form should be accompanied with an undertaking having stamps of proper value duly attested by the Notary declaring that he/she has not done/working as Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor after their Post Graduation in the discipline in any Institution as recognised/approved by Medical Council of India /Dental Council of India (DCI) within or outside the UT.

Notes:-

● The selection will be made as per Government Order No’s 382-JK(HME) of 2024 dated: 20-06-2024 & No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 dated: 20-06-2024

● The requisite fee for Registrar Post is Rs. 700/=

CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

01. The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and modification to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.

02. The online form of the in-service candidate shall be accepted provisionally subject to verification.

03. The in-service doctors shall be allowed to participate in the selection process only with the prior permission of the Administrative Department as per the policy/guidelines issued by the Govt. vide Order No. 164-ME of 2012 dated 02.03.2012 followed by Govt. Order No. 474-HME of 2014 dated: 11-08-2014.

04. The in-service applicant has to forward his/her application form through proper channel.

05. The term of engagement of the appointee shall be in according to Government Order No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 dated: 20-06-2024 i.e. maximum tenure of three (03) years and no extension shall be granted beyond such period under any circumstances.

06. In-service candidate if selected shall be on deputation for three (3) years as per SRO-75 dated 15-04-1993.

07. The appointee shall be entitled the salary as applicable under rules.

08. The Maximum age for non-service applicants at the time of submission of application should be 50 years.

09. Moreover, candidates having appeared in the final examination of the Postgraduate course (MD) in relevant discipline/subject are also eligible to apply for the said post in terms of Government Order No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 dated: 20-06-2024. However, this shall be subject to the condition of production of necessary documents evidencing successfully obtaining the requisite qualification viz. MD Degree Certificate/MD Provisional Degree Certificate & valid MD Medical Council/NMC Registration within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of selection list.

10. The candidates have to upload an undertaking duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that he/she has appeared in the PG final examination in the said discipline and will submit the same within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of selection list and in case, he/she failed to submit the same, he/she will forfeit his/her claim and his/her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio without further notice.

11. The applicant should be MBBS and MD/Diploma in Anaesthesia as recognized by the Medical Council of India/NMC.

12. Those doctors who have already completed their tenure/working as Registrar/Tutor/Demonstrator after their Post Graduation in the discipline in any institution as recognised/approved by Medical Council of India/DCI within or outside the UT need not apply and their application forms shall not be considered. However, this restriction shall not be applicable in respect of such doctors who have done their Registrarship /Tutorship/Demonstratorship in the discipline prior to the passing of their post-graduation.

13. The applicants who have earlier been appointed as Registrar/ Demonstrator/Tutor in any discipline in the institution as recognised/approved by Medical Council of India/DCI, but have not completed their tenure for one reason or the other shall not be considered.

14. In case any declaration by the candidates is found to be false or if the candidate has willfully suppressed any material/information relevant to his/her appointment, his/her selection will be cancelled ab-initio and action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against the erring candidates.

15. The candidates has to upload/submit an undertaking to the effect that the conditions mentioned/contained from above S. No 12-14 are complied with and any deviation therein shall render their candidature/selection void ab-initio and the candidate shall cease to have any claim whatsoever.

16. The candidates shall abide by all the instructions issued by the Administrative Department as well as Medical Council of India from time to time in this regard.

17. The selected candidates shall have to execute an agreement that he/she will not leave the Department before the completion of tenure (six months), however abandoning/terminating after six months of the engagement in the specialty will require one month prior notice on either side failing which the salary shall not be paid for one month to the incumbent and shall be released on completion of sanctioned term.
