The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a notification inviting online applications for the Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Protsahan (PM-USP) – Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship (CSSS) for College and University students. Who Can Apply for PM-USP CSSS 2025?
To apply for the PM-USP CSSS 2025 Scholarship, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must have passed Class 12th Annual (Regular) 2025 Examination from JKBOSE, falling within the Top 20 percentile.
- Family income should be less than ₹4.5 lakh per annum.

Scholarship Amount
The scholarship offers financial support as follows:
- Undergraduate Courses: ₹12,000 per year (for the first three years).
- Postgraduate Courses: ₹20,000 per year.
- Professional Courses (Integrated 5-Year Programs): ₹20,000 per annum for the 4th and 5th year.
This support significantly reduces the financial burden on students pursuing higher studies in engineering, medicine, science, commerce, or humanities.
