Schedule For SPOT ROUND ADMISSIONS (2025) MBA Program

Program : MBA

Date of Spot Round: 04.09.2025 (Physical reporting: 10.00 AM at School of Business)

Category: For All Categories including General & Reserve Category Applicants

Venue for Reporting: School of Business, SMVDU Campus

Eligibility :
The minimum qualification required for admission to the MBA Program is a Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences/Engineering/Commerce with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST Candidates) or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.

And
Valid score in CAT 2024 / MAT (Sept. 2024/ Dec. 2024/ Feb. 2025/ May 2025)/ CMAT 2025 / CUET (PG) 2025
OR
Those candidates who have not appeared for any of the above examinations have to appear for Entrance Test followed by GD/PI.

Instructions for Candidates

Candidates interested in admission to MBA Program at SMVDU through the Spot Round are invited to register at www.admission.smvdu.ac.in.

Eligibility for participation includes:

Candidates who completed the registration process and paid the registration fee earlier but were not allocated a seat. These candidates need not register afresh.

Registered Candidates who were offered a seat in previous rounds but could not join. They need not to register afresh for participation in spot round.

New candidates who have registered fresh online at smvdu.ac.in on or before 3rd Sept, 2025.

⚠️ Interested candidates are required to report in person, according to the applicable schedule.

Note: Selected candidates must pay the full admission fee (INR 2,16,800/- excluding hostel mess charges) digitally on the day of admission.

Eligibility for participation includes :

Candidates who completed the registration process and paid the registration fee earlier but were not allocated a seat. These candidates need not register afresh.

New candidates who have registered afresh online at smvdu.ac.in on or before 03rd Sept 2025.

Registered Candidates who were offered a seat in previous rounds but could not join. These candidates will be offered available seats on the day of counseling based on merit. They need not register afresh for participation in spot round.
