MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC

To all civil society organisations and citizens:
The District Administration / District Red Cross Society is providing relief to families affected by recent flash floods. To ensure effective support, please note:

Do not donate used clothes — adequate stock is available.

New clothes are welcome.

Priority needs :

Hygiene kits: soap, toothpaste, brushes, disinfectants, wipes

Kitchen items: plates, spoons, glasses, cooking vessels, frying pans, pressure cookers etc.

Bedding: mattresses, sheets, pillows, blankets, mats

Bathroom items: buckets, jugs, slippers etc.

School supplies: bags, notebooks, pens, bottles etc.

Please coordinate with the District Administration before providing or distributing support to avoid duplication and ensure fair coverage.

Inform the Administration if planning direct distribution so that no area is missed. Your cooperation will help families recover faster. We appreciate your responsible participation.
