Upgradation of candidate from waiting list to selection list in GMC Srinagar
Upgradation of candidate from waiting list to selection list for engagement as Nurse for an Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) at Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences Kashmir (Psychiatry).
Whereas; vide Examination Cell Notification No: 32-EC of 2025; Dated: 29.08.2025, Mr. Shafqat Ali Rather, Roll Number 100501 was
selected as Nurse for an Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) at Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences Kashmir (Psychiatry).
Whereas; Mr. Shafqat Ali Rather was directed in the aforementioned notification to report to the Gazetted Section, GMC, Srinagar along with the requisite documents within 07 days from the date of issuance of the selection list to enable this office to send URL, Login ID and Password to his respective registered mobile number for submission of online form through Employee Verification System (EVS) to the concerned.
Whereas; the selection list was issued with the provision that if the selected candidate fails to report to the Gazetted Section, GMC, Srinagar within the stipulated time frame, his selection as Nurse shall forfeit without any further notice.
Whereas; however, despite lapse of stipulated time frame, Mr. Shafqat Ali Rather failed to report and submit the required documents,
thereby rendering his selection null and void.
Now, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the original selection notification, the selection of Mr. Shafqat Ali Rather is hereby cancelled and the following candidates are accordingly upgraded for selection/waiting list for selection as Nurse for an Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) at Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences Kashmir (Psychiatry).
