GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:

LIC’s Bima Sakhi (MCA Plan) is a stipend plan exclusively for womenwith a stipend period of 3 YEARS

Minimum age should be 18 years on the date of application. Maximum age at entry shall be 70 years (last birthday).

Performance criteria to be met by the MCA during each stipend year

STIPEND PAYABLE:

First Year 7000 + COMMISSIONS+BONUS+INCENTIVES

Second Year 6000 + COMMISSIONS+BONUS+INCENTIVES

Third Year 5000 + COMMISSIONS+BONUS+INCENTIVES
