Advertisement Notice for Engagement of Subject Specific Teachers for the Academic Session 2025-26 against vacant vacancies in designated High Schools.
Notice No.01-SmS of 2025 Dated 13.09.2025.
In continuation to Order No. Edu/PD/SmS/Estt/3551-58/2025 dated 06.08.2025, No. DSEJ/NG/Tr-I/42611-20 dated 07.08.2025 and in order to ensure smooth functioning of classes and in view of the subject-wise vacancies which have arisen due to non-joining of already selected Subject Specific Teachers for the 15 designated high Schools, it has been decided to engage Subject Specific Teachers purely on temporary basis for the academic session 2025-26. The engagement shall be made on the analogy of the procedure adopted by the Directorate of School Education Jammu for engagement of CRCs.
Accordingly applications from the permanent residents/eligible candidates of District Poonch who have secured minimum 50% marks in post graduation are invited on the prescribed format for the below mentioned subjects as per the following break up/guidelines.
The engagement shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:
1. The engagement shall be purely on term contract basis for the academic session 2025-26. The contract shall be liable for immediate termination with one-month prior notice or one month salary in lieu of notice, in case of performance falling below the acceptable standard.
2. The subject specific teachers shall be required to teach classes at any level, as per the needs of the school.
3. Ordinarily the candidate shall be posted within the designated schools of the district as per earlier order of RMSA. However, if required, the candidate may be posted anywhere in the district as per the requirement. Refusal to serve at the designated place of engagement will result in immediate termination.
4. At the time of engagement, the deployed candidate will be required to sign an agreement containing terms and conditions as prescribed by the Samagra Shiksha J&K on an affidavit duly attested by a Judicial Magistrate 1st Class. They shall also submit an under taking on the affidavit that he/she will not claim any entitlement for absorption in Govt. Service or in the Chirag Society at any stage of their engagement with the Society or thereafter at the closure of the Project and that he/she is ready to serve in any part of the UT of J&K.
5. Honorarium / remuneration shall be as per norms fixed by the Department (Samagra Shiksha).
6. The concerned DDOs shall ensure that no honorarium shall be drawn or disbursed to the subject specific teachers until a valid character/antecedent certificate is produced by the concerned teacher duly issued by the local police.
7. The engagement of the subject specific teachers shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s) pending in any court of the competent jurisdiction.
8. The tenure of the subject specific teachers shall be deemed to have ended at the end of the academic session 2025-26 without any further notice/information.
9. The engaged candidates shall neither be working in any Govt/Semi Govt organization on temporary or permanent basis nor enrolled in any educational institute for pursuing any higher academic/professional course/ degree.
10. The engagement of the candidate who will not join within 07 days from the issuance of this order shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.
Eligibility
a. The applicant must be a permanent resident of District Poonch.
b. Minimum qualification shall be Postgraduate in the concerned discipline with B.Ed.
c. Age as on 1st January 2025.

Selection Procedure
● Merit-based shortlisting on the basis of academic qualification (PG + B.Ed.).
● Weightage as per DSEJ norms followed for CRC engagement.
● Document verification by the committee in the office of undersigned.

How to Apply
Interested eligible candidates shall submit their application forms in offline mode along with self-attested copies of following documents in the Office of the Chief Education Officer Poonch Samagra Section with in seven (07) days from the date of advertisement.
1. Qualification Certificates (Graduation, Post-Graduation, B.Ed.)
2. Domicile Certificate.
3. Date of Birth Certificate.
4. M.Phil Certificate if applicable.
5. Ph.D. Certificate if applicable.
6. Experience certificate (if any).
7. Conversion certificate (CGPA to percentage from the concerned university) for the candidates having been awarded grades in CGPA in MA/MSc Examination for which credits are to be given in calculation of merit.
Note:- 1. No application shall be entertained after the expiry date i.e. 22.09.2025.
2. In the event of any information given by the candidate found false, incomplete, incorrect, forged, tempered, the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled without any notice thereof. Further, misleading information shall also warrant necessary legal and criminal action against the candidate.
