Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator. This is a remote position to start, but you must be willing and able to transition to working from our office in either Kathua or Jammu, J&K, in the near future. You will be the central hub for our customer communications, responsible for handling inquiries, booking jobs, dispatching our teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Reliability and excellent communication during your shift are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, SMS, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
· Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding customer needs and providing accurate quotes.
· Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch jobs to our moving teams efficiently.
· Act as the primary liaison between customers and drivers, providing updates and resolving issues in real-time.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date job sheets, work records, and driver logs.
· Generate and send invoices and process customer payments.
· Manage and respond to leads from various channels promptly.
· Identify and suggest improvements to optimize booking and support processes.

· Competitive Salary: A monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 20,800 (equivalent to INR 240,000 to 250,000 per annum), based on experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Proven experience in customer support, scheduling, dispatching, or logistics is highly preferred.
· Proficiency with digital communication tools (email, chat apps, WhatsApp, social media).
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Must be willing to relocate to Kathua or Jammu, J&K in the future when required.
· Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated laptop/PC for remote work.
Work Hours:
· 9 hours per day. Specific shift timings will be based on Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT).
