Final seniority list of Junior Assistants of School Education Department District Rajouri
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, tentative seniority list of Junior Assistants of School Education Department in respect of District Rajouri was circulated vide notification No. CEO/RT/6921-1248 dated: 23.06.2025 for calling objections (if any) within a period of 07 days were circulated in media as well as shared through official WhatsApp groups regarding the position allotted to them through concerned DDOs; and
Whereas, the DDOs after initial necessary corrections submitted the revised lists to this office; and Whereas objections have been received by this office regarding fixation of seniority and thereafter the objections were submitted before the Directorate of School Education Jammu for clarification, and
Whereas, DSEJ vide letter No. DSEJ/NG-28/NT/77094/34820-31 dated: 21.08.2025 clarified that the seniority of Junior Assistants shall be governed strictly in terms of Rule 24 (1) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeals) Rules, 1956.
Now, therefore the Final seniority list(s) of Junior Assistants as stood on 21-08-2025 is hereby circulated as per Annexure “A” to this notification for information of all concerned. The date(s) of birth as well as category certificate(s) recorded / indicated against the official(s) in the updated final seniority list shall be taken as authentic and be subject to verification from Matriculation Certificate / Date of Birth and other relevant record as prescribed under norms.
The Final seniority list so issued shall be subject to outcome of writ pending, if any before any competent Court of Law.
