Remuneration Structure for Motivators

Fixed Pay Rs. 2000/month (Allowance to cover local travel & Communication)

Variable Pay On the basis of number of sanctioned loan (performance application (upto a maximum of Rs. Incentives) 3000/month)

1. Eligibility

* 21 years as on the date of notification.

* Minimum 10th class Pass qualification

* Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
