Mission Directorate-Mission YUVA through District Administration, Samba, invites online applications for empanelment of Motivators under Mission YUVA.
Retired Government officials, NGO-worker, Pashu Sakhis, Bank Sakhis Community resources persons and local community members are encouraged to apply.
Name of Posts
Motivators (30 No. of posts)
Remuneration per month (Lump Sum in Rs.) : 2,000/- month (Allowance to cover local travel and communication)
Variable pay (performance Incentives):
On the basis of Number of disbursed loan application (upto a maximum amount of Rs. 3000 per month)
Terms & Conditions
21 years and above on the date of notification.
Should be domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
Qualification 10th pass and above.
Each Motivator will be responsible for managing at least 5 no. of panchayats/wards allotted to them based on their merit and in some cases, Motivator may be allotted group of panchayats / wards far away from their place of residence.
