District Administration Rajouri, invites applications for temporary empanelment of Motivators under Mission YUVA. The retired government officials, NGO-workers, Pashu Sakhis, Lakh Pati Didis of NLM, Bank Sakhis, other Community Resource Person, local community members are encouraged to apply for the temporary role of Motivator under Mission YUVA.

Remuneration Structure for Motivators

Fixed Remuneration Rs 2000/- month

Variable Remuneration On the basis of number of sanctioned loanapplication

(Performance based Incentive) (Upto a maximum of Rs 3000/- month)

Eligibility:

• 21 years and above on the date of notification.

• Minimum 10th Class pass qualification.

• Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
