District Administration, Samba, invites applications from qualified External Trainers (Resource Persons) for the Hybrid Mode Capacity Building Program under Mission YUVA.

Remuneration per month (Lump Sum in)
¢ Rs. 15,000 per batch upon course completion (batch of 30 participants)
¢ Rs. 7500 per batch if loans are sanctioned to > 1/3 participants
¢ Rs. 7500 per batch if > 1/3 participants establish enterprises.
¢ Maximum potential incentive per batch Rs 30,000
¢ Two batches in a month, Maximum potential remuneration per month Rs.60,000
Eligibility criteria
1. 25-45 years as on the date of notification.
2. Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir
3. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering with at least 60% marks from UGC- recognized university.
4. Work Experience: Relevant experience in entrepreneurship development, finance, marketing, or related fields is desirable.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in -person hybrid training sessions at designated institutions (universities, colleges, ITI’s, Polytechnic Institutes, JKEDI, RSETI)
2. Mentor aspiring entrepreneurs in business planning, financial management, and marketing.
3. Facilitate online learning through Mission YUVA app and guide participants through hybrid modules.
4. Monitor trainee progress , maintain records, and coordinate with SBDU and DLIC for reporting.
