Join Mission YUVA – CALL FOR EXTERNAL TRAINERS
District Administration Jammu invites online applications from qualified external trainers to join the Capacity Building Program in hybrid mode across Jammu & Kashmir under Mission YUVA.
Position : External Certified Trainer (Resource Person)
No. of Positions : (10) Ten
Remuneration : Up to Rs 60,000/- per month subject to achievement batch and performance incentives (details available in guidelines)
Eligibility :
25–45 years as on the date of notification.
Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
Qualification: Minimum 3 years graduate degree. At least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized university in any of the following disciplines;
Business Administration
Management
Commerce
Accounting
Finance
Economics
Engineering
Relevant experience in entrepreneurship, finance, marketing or capacity building preferred.
Roles and responsibilities :
Conduct in person and hybrid training sessions under the hybrid capacity building model.
Mentor aspiring entrepreneurs in business planning, financial management, and marketing.
Facilitate participant learning through Mission YUVA app and other platforms.
Monitor trainee progress and assist in project completions.
