Final Selection list for the posts of Steno Typist, advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2021 dated 03.02.2021-Forwarding of recommendation thereof.
Reference: Administrative Department’s communication No. Horti-NG/3/2021-Comp No. 34007 dated 29.08.2025.
Final Notice
A notice was issued vide this office endorsement no. Horti/NG/9948-49 dated 08.09.2025 wherein all the selected candidates were informed to submit their e-mail ID and contact details in Directorate of Horticulture Jammu in person or on the email ID [email protected] within a period of 21 days positively for the purpose of filling up of e-verification rolls, to obtain their Character & antecedents reports from the Criminal Investigation Department J&K. Since the stipulated time has now expired and detail of the few candidates has not been received by this office till date.
Accordingly, they are hereby given last chance to submit their e-mail ID along with contact number to this Directorate in person or on the mentioned e-mail ID within 07 days positively so that their service verification statement (EVS), requisite for issuance of appointment orders, is generated by the concerned. The Typist and higher authorities will not entertain any claim after further notice. The details are given here under:
