Recruitment in Mubarak Mandi Jammu Heritage Society
ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
Mubarak Mandi Jammu Heritage Society (Registration No.715-CSA of 2024 dated 17-10-2024 of under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860) invites online applications in the given format from eligible candidates for the positions mentioned in the table below, on contract basis, for a period of one year extendable on the basis of performance and requirement by the Society. The last date for submission of online application forms shall be 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
1. The mode of selection for engagement of eligible candidates shall be on the merit of qualification, experience and interview.
2. The engagement does not confer any right upon the engaged person to demand any position or job in MMJHS during the tenure of engagement or anytime in future.
3. All the applications shall be screened for qualification and completeness. Incomplete applications shall be rejected.
4. The applicants are advised to provide valid e-mail address and mobile numbers for communication since all communications shall be made through electronic medium. No communication will be made by post.
5. No TA/DA shall be paid to candidates.
6. The MMJHS reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement/ not to hire any person without assigning any reason thereof, at any stage.
7. Duration: One year, extendable further with annual increase of 5% on basic honorarium/Salary depending upon the satisfactory performance and requirement of the Society.
8. During this period, the selected candidates shall not undertake any other contract that may result in a conflict of interest with MMJHS.
9. The selected candidates have to maintain the confidentiality of the work and its outcome as demanded by the Mubarak Mandi Jammu Heritage Society.
10. The services of the contract personnel can be terminated at any time by giving a notice of one month on either side, i.e, by the contract personnel or the MMJHS. The MMJHS may pay the contract personnel his/her honorarium/Salary for the period of one month or for the period by which notice period falls short of one month and terminate his/her services immediately.
11. The selected candidates will be entitled for 15 days leave during their engagement period of one year.
12. No medical allowances will be paid during the contract.
13. The working days will be same as that of regular MMJHS employee. The selected candidates shall be headquartered at Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society during his/ her tenure.
14. SCOPE of WORK:- The Selected candidate will assist the Technical cell of MMJHS in execution of ongoing and forthcoming projects of Heritage Conservation and shall examine the proposals submitted by consultant MMJHS besides any work assigned to them.
