Interview Schedule for class IV posts (Groundsman) in the Department of Youth Services and Sports

The Department of Youth Services & Sports, J&K vide Advertisement Notice no. 01 of 2017 Dated: 18.01.2017 issued vide No: Dir-YSS/Estt/9535-61, Dated: 18.01.2017 advertised four class IV (Groundsman) posts for District Ganderbal.
The interview of the shortlisted candidates is scheduled to be held on 12.2017
in the office chamber of the District Youth Services & Sports Officer, Ganderbal (Room No 377-Mini-Secretariat, Ganderbal).
The interview process shall start at 10:30 am.
The candidates shall appear for interview on the scheduled date & time and in
case any candidate fails to attend the interview on the scheduled date, he/she shall forfeit his/her claim for the selection.
This notice shall be considered as a call letter & no separate interview call letter
shall be dispatched to any candidate whose name figures in the short list.
The candidates shall bring with them their original certificates viz. Date of Birth
certificate, 10’h& 12 Marks Sheet & Qualification Certificate of 12’h class, State Subject, Category Certificate if any and attested Xerox copies of aforementioned documents.
No under process certificate shall be entertained.
In case any deficiency is found with reference to eligibility at the time of interview,
the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview & shall also loose his/her candidature.
Action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against the applicant/s falling
in the short list who may furnish any fake/fabricated information/documents.
No TA/DA shall be paid for participating in the interview.
