Pursuant to notification issued by J&K Nursing Council vide No: JKNC-25/157/3006-3014 Dated: 08.10.2025, applications on plain paper are invited from the eligible candidates for admission against the left over seats in General Nursing & Midwifery 3 years course and General Nursing & Midwifery- Lateral Entry 2 years Course at Govt. AMT School Srinagar for the session 2025-26, offline applications completed in all respects may be submitted in the office of the undersigned by or before 17-10-2025.
Eligibility Criteria :
Admission to the above mentioned course is strictly as per the eligibility criteria laid down by Indian Nursing Council, J&K Government Health & Medical Education Department, J&K Nursing Council as notified by J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE) on its Website for the session 2025-26 through various notifications for the admission to the aforementioned Course.

Self attested copies of the following certificates are required to be enclosed with the application form.
10th Date of Birth Certificate.
12th Marks sheet.
Domicile Certificate
MMPHW/FMPHW Marks sheets (For GNM-LE)
Valid Category certificate issued by competent Authority.
One Passport size Photograph affixed on the application.
