The registration process for the Junior Research Fellow and Project Associate positions has begun from the date of advertisement (Oct 08, 2025), and the last date to apply is within 15 days from that date.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for the Junior Research Fellow post must have a Master’s Degree in English with at least 55% marks and must be NET or SLET qualified. Those with experience in phonetic transcription, dialect documentation, or working with local languages will be preferred. Familiarity with Pahari dialects and tools like ELAN or PRAAT will be considered an advantage. Candidates must also be comfortable with fieldwork in remote areas.
The upper age limit for the JRF post is 28 years as on the date of application. Relaxation of up to five years is available for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and physically handicapped categories as per the government norms.
