Eligibility Criteria :
Asst. Foreman (Electrical) T&S, Grade -C (Trainee) :
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Minimum 3 years’ course) approved by AICTE.
Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Departmental candidates having 3 years’ experience.
On selection will be placed as Asst. Foreman (Elec.) (Trainee)- E&M, T&S-C as per requirement.
Asst. Foreman (Electrical) T&S, Grade -C:
Diploma/Non-Diploma Holders who have supervisory certificate valid for working as Electrical Supervisor in Mines (with Mining Part) under the Indian Electricity Rules.
Any Permanent Employee.
On selection will be placed as Asst. Foreman (Elec.), T&S-C-E&M as per requirement.

Selection Process :
Asst. Foreman (Electrical), T&S Grade-C: Written Test: Total- 100 Marks
Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Pattern containing 100 questions. Each question will carry 01 mark.
Written Test will be conducted on OMR Sheet.
There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
General Category: 35% of Total marks in Written Test.
SC/ST Category: 30% of Total marks in Written Test.
The merit panel will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written test as per descending manner.
After examination of eligibility in detail, the applicants shall be empaneled on the basis of merit based on total marks obtained in written test and in case same marks are obtained by more than one candidate, their merit shall be decided in the following manners.
How to Apply :
Interested and eligible employees can only apply through online mode. Applications received through offline mode will not be accepted.
Applications for the notified post will only be accepted from departmental employees working in SECL through the designated online portal.
Candidates are advised to review the detailed application guidelines and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) uploaded on the selection portal before applying.

The online application can be done by visiting the SECL web portal https://portals.secl-cil.in/internal/index.php, and its link is also available on SECL’s official website.
The internal selection portal is a LAN-based site that can be operated through a LAN-connected computer run by the office.
Candidates can apply online until November 9, 2025, but they are advised to fill out the form on time to avoid technical difficulties at the last moment.
