Join Mission YUVA –Call for external trainers
The District Administration, Udhampur invites online applications from qualified External Trainers to join the Capacity Building Programme in hybrid mode across Jammu & Kashmir under Mission YUVA scheme.
Position : External Certified Trainer (Resource Person).
Remuneration : Upto Rs. 60,000/- per month subject to achieving batch and performance incentives (as per guidelines).
Eligibility :
* Age 25-45 years as on the date of notification.
* Domicile -Jammu & Kashmir.
Qualification :
Minimum 03 years graduate Degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC Recognised University in any of the following disciplines:
Business Administration, Business Management.
Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance and Economics.
Engineering Graduate.
Relevant experience in entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing or Capacity Building preferred.
Role and Responsibility :
* Conduct in person and hybrid training sessions at designated Institutions under Mission YUVA.
* Mentor aspiring entrepreneurs in business planning, financial management, and marketing on capacity building.
* Facilitate participant learning through Mission YUVA app and other platforms.
* Monitor trainee progress and assist in project implementation and completions.
