Role

• Title: Sales Executive / Sales Representative
• Locations: One position per district across Jammu & Kashmir (e.g., Srinagar, Jammu, Anantnag, Baramulla, and others — total 20 districts)
• Work mode: Remote/hybrid with local travel within your district

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: ₹8,000 per month
• Incentives: 10–15% performance-based commission on sales, plus bonuses for exceeding targets
• Earning potential: Uncapped, tied directly to performance
• Perks: Travel allowances, health insurance (as per company policy), and ongoing training/professional development

What You’ll Do

• Identify and approach potential clients for web design, development, SEO, e-commerce, and digital marketing services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in your assigned district
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and share insights on local opportunities
• Collaborate with the core team to tailor solutions for client needs

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred; motivated freshers are welcome
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of digital/tech services is a plus
• Resident of the assigned district for better market understanding
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
