Role
- Title: Sales Executive / Sales Representative
- Locations: One position per district across Jammu & Kashmir (e.g., Srinagar, Jammu, Anantnag, Baramulla, and others — total 20 districts)
- Work mode: Remote/hybrid with local travel within your district
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: ₹8,000 per month
- Incentives: 10–15% performance-based commission on sales, plus bonuses for exceeding targets
- Earning potential: Uncapped, tied directly to performance

What You’ll Do
- Identify and approach potential clients for web design, development, SEO, e-commerce, and digital marketing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in your assigned district
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and share insights on local opportunities
- Collaborate with the core team to tailor solutions for client needs
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred; motivated freshers are welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of digital/tech services is a plus
- Resident of the assigned district for better market understanding
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
