Chief Education Officer Kathua objections Notice

NOTICE

Whereas vide this office letter NO.CEOKNG/30274-98, dated 19-9-2025 instructions were issued to all the Zonal Education Officers (including respective DDO of all zones) to submit the complete files of CPW’s who were engaged up to August 2011 having qualification 8th pass.

Whereas all the files have been scrutinized by the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers and 83 files were placed under consideration for regularization of contingent paid employee/local fund paid employees as per check list.

Whereas Directorate of School Education Jammu directed this office that the services of left-out eligible CPW’s be regularized after ensuring the fulfillment of all the requisite codal formalities vide no. DSEJ/Acctts/2025-26/10658-70, dated 18-10-2025.

Whereas this office vide No.CEOKNG/39169-72 dated 28-10-2025 again issued directions to all the Zonal Education Officers to send the complete files of CPW as per format.

Now, therefore through the medium of this notice a tentative list (2nd Phase) of 83 (Eighty Three) CPW’s is being published for inviting objections if any against the proposed candidates to the office of Chief Education Officer Kathua within a period of 10 days from the publication of this notice.
