Consequent upon the recommendations of the Hon’ble Committee for Appointment and Promotion of Officials/Officers of the High Court Staff duly approved by Hon’ble the Chief Justice, following promotions are hereby made in the Computer Cadre
1. Shri Ahmad Ali Bhat who was posted as In-charge Assistant Registrar-! (Computer) in his own pay and grade pursuant to High Court Order No. 1530 of 2023/RG/NG-450(1} dated 27-12-2023 is hereby regularized as Assistant Hegistrar-1 (Computer) in pay Level-SA (50700-160600L w.e.f., 04-08-2025;

Regularization of promotion of Shri Ahmad Ali Bhat as Assistant Registrar-! (Computer) in his own pay and grade and consequential promotions in the Computer Cadre.) is promoted as Assistant Registrar -II. (Computer) in pay Level- 8 (47600-151100L against available vacancy;
3. S/Shri AI Tyibah, lshfaq Ahmad, Shah Faisal Mehraj and Atish Sharma, Selection Grade (Data Entry Operators) are promoted as Section Officer (Computer) in pay Level-7 (44900-142400L against available vacancies;
4. S/Shri Mohammad Saleet Bhat, Harvinderpal Singh, Aqib Manzoor and Mohammad Farhaan, Data Entry Operators, are promoted as Selection Grade (Data Entry Operators) in pay Levei-6E(35900-113500L against available vacancies; and
5. Shri Parveen kumar Bhagat, Computer Operator, is promoted as Data Entry Operator in pay Level-S (29200-92300L against available vacancy.
Note :
1. All the promotions/ except the regularization of Shri Ahmad Ali Bhat as Assistant Registrar-/ {Computer)/ shall take effect
from the date of issuance of the promotion order.
2. The regularization of Shri Ahmad Ali Bhat shall take effect from 04-08-2025, as he has already been working on the said post.
2. All promoted Officers/Officials shall continue to work at their present place of posting till further orders.
