Govt ITI Kathua Admission Notice

Applications are invited from the residents of Jammu & Kashmir UT for seeking admission in Basholi Painting and Traditional Phulkari Arts under “the Chief Minister’s Scheme for introduction of Heritage Courses” for the academic session 2025-26.

The interested candidates having minimum age 14 years with no upper age bar can fill offline admission form available in the office of the undersigned on the cash payment of Rs. 100/-against a proper cash receipt w.e.f 06-11-2025.

The last date for submitting offline form is up to 12-11-2025. The candidates have to fill up the complete details which include basic details like Name, Parentage, and Qualification etc.

Documents required:-

1. Passport size photograph

2. Marks certificate of qualifying examination.

3. D.O.B certificate preferably 10th class diploma.

4. Domicile certificate.

5. Category certificate (if any).

6. Aadhar Card

IMPORTANT NOTE:-

1. The applying candidates have to submit application form along with requisite self attested documents etc. at Govt. ITI Kathua.

2. Selection will be made purely on the basis of Merit in the qualifying examination prescribed for the trade.

3. The Trainees admitted shall be provided stipend of Rs. 1000/-(One Thousand only) per month.

Candidates availing stipend from any other UT/State/Govt. of India Scheme shall not be entitled for stipend being provided under this scheme.
